Cancellation and Refund
Bornwild reserves the right, in its sole discretion to reject and cancel a Team Player's participation at any time prior to the scheduled arrival date. Where the cancellation or rejections occurs at the sole discretion of Bornwild the total amount paid by the Team Player will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable deposit). In any other circumstance, Bornwild will not be held liable to the Team Player for any other refund, costs, interest, liability or damages of any kind.
If the Team Player cancels their placement for any reason at any time, they must notify Bornwild by e-mail info@bornwild.com.au and in writing to:

The following terms of Cancellation and Refund Policy apply:

| Bornwild notified of cancellation 40 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date | 75% of placement fee refunded - less non refundable deposit |
| Bornwild notified of cancellation between 39 days and 25 days prior to the scheduled arrival date | 50% of placement fee refunded - less non refundable deposit |
| Bornwild notified of cancellation 24 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date | 25% of placement fee refunded - less non refundable deposit |
| Bornwild notified 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled arrival date | No refund |
The non-refundable deposit may be applied to any future trips planned with Bornwild.
The Team Player is solely responsible for all travel fees, charges, expenses or penalties that may result from any cancellation of or amendment to the Team Players placement.
